Well written and very well resarched. Professionaly done without polemics, which could be difficult given the topic. I consider it an important part of any library touching on the politics within Israel.

Powerful Portrayal

Ami's research is complete and factual...and, yet, written in a highly readable fashion. For those genuinely attempting to understand the internal threats and politics of Israel, this book is a MUST READ. The information is compelling and frightening and provoking. Outstanding contribution to the body of writing that attempts to clarify trends and developments happening now....and impacting the future.

The book gives a very good history of political developments in Israel. It shows the negative influence and fanaticism of the settlers movement, and their role in preventing a peaceful and fair solution to the Arab Israeli conflict.
